- • Account banned by Roblox (we don't control Roblox bans)
- • Changed mind after receiving working key
- • More than 48 hours passed without contacting support
What Happens If...

We work with serverside developers to get updates ASAP. Usually fixed within 24-48 hours. During this time, we may:
- Extend your access for free (equal to downtime)
- Offer alternative working serverside
- Provide partial refund if fix takes too long
⚠️Serverside Gets Detected/Patched?
This is rare but can happen. We monitor all products daily. If a serverside is permanently patched:
- We remove it from store immediately
- Offer exchange to another working serverside
- Or provide refund for unused time
🐛Technical Issues on Our Side?
If our website, payment system, or key delivery has issues:
- We fix it ASAP (usually within hours)
- Manually process any stuck orders
